We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-focused Event Planning Coordinator who is eager to learn, build relationships, and grow a career in Events and Hospitality.
In this role, you'll support our Event Planning Managers while gaining hands‑on experience planning and servicing your own groups and events. If you enjoy staying organized, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and love helping create exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
No two events are exactly alike—and no two days are either.

Planning is only half the fun. You’ll also see those plans come to life. You’ll collaborate with teams throughout the hotel—including Banquets, Culinary, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Audiovisual—to make sure everyone is working from the same playbook. When events are underway, you’ll help serve as an on-site resource for clients and our hotel teams, responding to needs, solving problems, and helping ensure everything runs seamlessly.
