Door Personnel at White Lodging create a welcoming first impression for guests at our premium-branded hotels. In this visible, guest-facing role, you will greet and assist arriving and departing guests, open doors, help with luggage, provide directions, and coordinate with front desk and valet teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You'll monitor the entrance area for cleanliness and safety, respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, and embody our people-first culture by delivering warm, attentive, and courteous service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and open doors upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and directions within the property
- Coordinate with front desk, valet, and bell services for smooth guest flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized entrance and lobby area
- Monitor guest arrivals and offer proactive assistance
- Provide basic local information and respond to guest inquiries
- Observe and report any safety or security concerns at the entrance
- Support crowd control during peak check-in and event times
- Uphold brand standards and White Lodging service expectations
- Participate in training and follow all hotel policies and procedures
