In this visible front-of-house role, you'll provide directions, explain hotel amenities, coordinate transportation, and respond promptly to guest requests. You'll partner closely with front desk and concierge teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional first impressions.
• Safely assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities.
• Coordinate transportation and provide directions and local recommendations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve minor issues.
• Work closely with front desk and concierge to support smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell stand, and entrances.
• Follow safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Operate carts and other equipment safely and responsibly.
• Uphold White Lodging service standards and hospitality culture.
