Night Auditor

White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to support overnight hotel operations and ensure a smooth start to each business day. In this on-site role, you'll balance daily transactions, reconcile room and payment folios, and generate audit and accounting reports for leadership. You'll also handle guest check-ins and departures, respond to late-night requests, and monitor lobby safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit, reconcile daily revenue, and balance room and payment folios
• Run, review, and distribute night audit and accounting reports
• Check guests in and out, process reservations, and handle payments
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns during overnight hours
• Monitor lobby and public areas for cleanliness, safety, and security
• Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed
• Communicate key shift information to morning operations teams
• Follow cash-handling, PCI, and brand standards at all times
• Support occasional laundry, stocking, or lobby setup as needed
