A fast-growing, boutique hospitality group is seeking a dynamic, strategic General Manager to lead a vibrant, luxury property in one of North America’s most booming tech and entertainment hubs:

. Positioned in an energetic premier destination district for high-end retail, outdoor dining, and live music—this unique hotel offers guests a modern, yet cozy, Texas experience complete with a custom pool, outdoor fire pits, and signature regional food and beverage concepts.
This high-visibility position serves as the property’s chief culture builder, operational leader, and financial steward. Overseeing a 100+ room boutique hotel in annual revenue, the General Manager will play a hands-on role in driving guest satisfaction, fostering employee engagement, and steering the property through an upcoming, transformative $1M+ room and public space renovation. PositionResponsibilities
- Maintain full P&L accountability, managing a $10M operational budget to maximize RevPAR, GOP, and top-line revenue across rooms and food & beverage outlets.
- Serve as the chief culture builder, fostering a transparent, empowered, and high-performance workplace environment through coaching, mentorship, and employee development.
- Lead day-to-day operations across all departments, establishing high service standards, detail-oriented guest touchpoints, and aggressive hospitality practices.
- Partner with corporate executives, sales, and revenue management teams to capitalize on local market demand in North Austin and drive competitive market share.
- Oversee F&B operations, including a signature restaurant and bar generating $750k+ annually alongside a high-traffic pool bar venue.
- Provide strategic leadership during an upcoming comprehensive renovation of guest rooms and public spaces while maintaining seamless hotel operations and guest experience.
- Execute internal financial controls, annual budgeting, labor management, inventory, and preventative maintenance programs.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale, boutique, lifestyle, or full-service hotel environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Director of Rooms, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.
- Strong background in Rooms Division management, revenue optimization, and hands-on P&L management.
- Proven track record of developing team culture, driving service quality, and maintaining property standards.
- Strong emotional intelligence, high self-awareness, and a calm, solutions-oriented leadership style.
- Proficiency with hospitality management platforms (PMS, POS, financial reporting) and Microsoft Office.
- Base Salary: $155,000 – $160,000 annually
- Incentive Bonus: Up to 20% annual bonus program based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
