• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays along with a rotating schedule

• Willingness to make a minimum 1 year commitment to the department

• A warm, calm&nurturing demeanor

• 5 Star customer service finesse

• Efficient use of timeand superior time management skills

• Laser-focuson high average ticket price, and on rebooking, cross-booking and upgrading

• Sales driveto exceed KPIs, and are motivated by incentives and education

• An acute attention to detail;and ability to think on your feet

• Responsibility. You are a wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic

• Curiosityandknack for building relationships and engaging people

• A natural ability to inspire, educateandgrow business

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Computer knowledge with working experience using MS Office and/or Google Drive

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our med spa services, including laser treatments, injectables, and other advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments.
