• Support and coordinate daily hotel housekeeping operations — assisting with associate scheduling, hands‑on training, and team support across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces
• Ensure all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces are cleaned, maintained, and presented to premium hotel cleanliness and brand compliance standards on every shift
• Conduct regular room and property inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with White Lodging standards and hotel brand protocols — identifying and resolving issues before they impact the guest experience
• Assist in managing housekeeping inventory — helping monitor par levels and maintain adequate supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment for uninterrupted daily operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services — resolving concerns with urgency and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented hotel housekeeping work environment by supporting and mentoring room attendants and modeling hospitality excellence on every shift

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or custodial services experience — required; previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• A desire to step into a leadership role and develop your career in hotel housekeeping management — this is an entry‑level supervisory position with a clear path to Housekeeping Manager
• Working knowledge of hotel room cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices in a premium hotel environment
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate, support, and direct a hotel housekeeping team in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering consistent, guest‑ready results across every room and public space on the property
