Thompson Austin, part of Thompson Hotels, is seeking a Culinary Banquet Supervisor to lead the Banquet team and coordinate with the Banquet Manager and Executive Chef in Austin, TX. This role focuses on delivering a consistent, high-quality banquet experience and ensuring efficient service from set-up through breakdown.
You will supervise hourly kitchen staff, monitor food production and costs, train department personnel, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all function spaces.
