Exciting news in Edison HQ. We are proud to announce the launch of our USA office, marking the next phase of Edison Smart’s global expansion. This presents an incredible opportunity to work closely with our US VP, helping to build and scale our US function from the ground up. We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant (Contract / Temp) to join our high-growth business within the smart tech space.

Working collaboratively with our established teams in the UK and Dubai, you’ll play a key role in a global business that has already proven its success across permanent and contract markets.

Edison Smart is an award-winning staffing business specialising in the ‘Smart Tech’ industry, with offices in Basingstoke, UK and Dubai, UAE.

Edison has a strong US-contract book in addition to many established client relationships.

• Partner with the US VP to help build and scale the US function from the ground up.
• Collaborate with established teams in the UK and Dubai to support a global business model.
• Recruit for permanent and contract roles within the smart tech space.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients and candidates in the US market.
• Contribute to the development of hiring processes and best practices for a growing office.

• Senior Recruitment Consultant experience with a track record in contract/temp recruitment (US exposure preferred).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across international teams.
• Ambitious, resilient, and able to operate in a high-growth environment.
• Interest and ability to work within the smart tech industry.
