As a Principal, you will forge Partnerships nationally with start-up, scale-up and blue-chip Cardiovascular or Surgical device & technology innovators - who are at the forefront of life-saving cardiovascular devices and software.

• You will be able to describe your proven 360/Full Desk recruitment experience
• You will have successfully presented to, and sold to multiple stake-holders during a sales process
• Hard-working by nature, growth and positive orientated - you know continuous learning and improvement is key to success
• Comfortable working predominantly from Austin (downtown) based office, where team collaboration and togetherness is most important to Projectus culture!
