Partner with HR and TA stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting, and compliance requirements.

**** Qualifications & Attributes*
* ** 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting**, with a proven track record of hiring across corporate functions and business segments. Experience in
** process improvement, talent operations, or recruiting governance
** strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to influence and implement change within a recruiting organization.
