We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented HR Operations Analyst to support core HR processes and deliver an excellent employee experience. This role handles employee inquiries, lifecycle activities, HR communications, and workflow execution. As you grow, you will take on more complex tasks and support process and technology improvements across HR.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Analyst

Location: Austin, Texas (onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $30/hour

Type: Consultant 6 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented HR Operations Analyst to support core HR processes and deliver an excellent employee experience. This role handles employee inquiries, lifecycle activities, HR communications, and workflow execution. As you grow, you will take on more complex tasks and support process and technology improvements across HR.

Employee Support & HR Operations
  • Manage employee inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and care using HR case‑management tools.
  • Support all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, background checks, Workday transactions, and I‑9 verification.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
  • Apply HR policies and compliance standards accurately.
  • Assist in creating clear and engaging HR communications and job aids.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR service delivery.
Systems & Technology
  • Work with HR systems such as Workday, Service Now, and other HR tools.
  • Support system updates, audits, testing, and data accuracy.
  • Recommend technology‑driven enhancements to improve operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, customer service, or employee lifecycle work (internships accepted).
  • Interest in learning HR systems and technology (e.g., Workday, Service Now, Canva, Articulate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with willingness to learn and ask questions.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow a career in HR.
