Human Resources Generalist

Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with manufacturing teams and leadership to support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and compliance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities onsite.

• Support manufacturing teams with daily HR needs and employee relations
• Assist with recruitment efforts including coordination, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support payroll processing and benefits enrollment administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate and support LMS and eLearning programs, including training tracking
• Assist with performance management, policy communication, and HR initiatives
• Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
• Exposure to recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
