We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin who wants real ownership and real impact inside a SaaS organization.
This role is not about posting jobs and hoping. It’s about partnering across multiple verticals, owning full-desk recruiting, and driving outcomes from intake through close.
If you’re a SaaS recruiter who:
- Operates with structure and follow-through
- Works inside an ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent), not spreadsheets
- Proactively sources and builds pipelines
- Partners confidently with senior leaders
- Wants a role with visibility and expectations
This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity, with the ability to convert sooner based on performance. It’s a strong step for someone ready to operate at a lead level.
