At Openwork, we’re always looking to connect with motivated, people-focused professionals who want to grow (or start!) their recruiting career. As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll help connect great people with meaningful work while supporting local businesses across the community. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role where you’ll recruit, coach talent, and partner with clients to solve hiring challenges.

• Compensation:
  Base salary + commission based on recruiting production
• Schedule:
  
  Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Growth:
  Strong opportunity for someone eager to build recruiting experience and grow into leadership or expanded responsibilities

Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus. If you don’t have direct recruiting experience, we strongly encourage candidates with backgrounds in high‑volume, client‑facing professional services industries (customer service, retail management, hospitality, banking, sales, etc.) to apply. Drive, organization, and a people‑first mindset matter most.
