This role is offered to active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only. This is a contract role for up to 6 months. Interns will be paid through the Skillbridge Program by the Department of Defense.

About the Role:

As part of the Early Career Recruiting Team this summer, you receive a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across recruiting, talent operations, employer branding, and early career program management and see how these functions are built, scaled, and delivered at a fast-growing tech company. Through your rotations you will gain real project ownership, and work closely with mentors who are invested in your growth.

What You Will Do:

* Partner seamlessly with the recruiting team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all interns by facilitating smooth communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a brand ambassador

* Help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting data accuracy and reporting

* Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and intern program data to inform future hiring strategies

* Run in-person and virtual events for our North America internship program as the team's on-the-ground point of contact

* Support onboarding sessions, social events, and mentorship activities and track intern participation and engagement metrics

* Contribute to the creation of engaging content aimed at attracting campus talent

* Assist with intern spotlights and storytelling initiatives

* Maintain wiki pages, onboarding resources, and intern program materials

* Support documentation of recruiting workflows and program playbooks

* Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to recruiting and program processes
