We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Regional HR Business Partner to lead and evolve Qodeas People Partnering function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, working closely with senior leaders to enable organisational growth, drive performance and strengthen our culture as we scale.
You will be responsible for setting the direction for People Partnering across the Business, aligning people priorities with commercial outcomes and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all touchpoints. You'll make a significant impact by building a truly strategic, values-led partnership model that empowers leaders, accelerates business performance and shapes the future of Qodea alongside other high calibre people.

Regional HR Business Partner

Requirements- Reporting to the CPO (London based), lead and define the People Partnering strategy for the region, setting clear priorities, success measures and ways of working that ensure the team delivers high-impact, business aligned outcomes across all applicable functions
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the Executive team, influencing decisions with commercial, data-led insight and translating people priorities into actionable business strategies
- Lead the post-acquisition integration of US and LATAM entities, specifically focusing on the harmonization of disparate employment contracts, benefits packages, and internal policies to create a unified regional standard
- Drive the operational setup in Buenos Aires, navigating local labor unions and ensuring all hiring practices align with Argentinian labor law
- Partner with and develop a high-performing People Partnering team, creating an environment of accountability, professional growth and proactive problem-solving
- Manage the strategic rollout and compliance of the Graduate Academy in Austin, ensuring compliance for trainees and coordinating with local educational/state bodies
- Champion and embed Qodea's values across every stage of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected in how we attract, engage and develop our people
- Shape and oversee organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring structures, roles and capability align to strategic growth plans
- Lead of performance, engagement and leadership development program, ensuring they drive measurable improvements in effectiveness, retention and culture alignment
- Oversee complex employee relations and change management activities, ensuring fair, commercially sound and risk-aware outcomes that protect both people and business interests
- Use people analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes and influence leadership thinking on workforce health, performance and future capability
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Talent, Finance and Operations to ensure People program are seamlessly integrated, scalable and consistently executed
- Ensure the People Partnering team operates with pace and accountability, setting its own priorities, anticipating business needs and knowing when to pivot in response to change
- Represent the People function, contributing to business planning and decision-making while ensuring people implications are understood, managed and leveraged to achieve goals
- Execute high-impact, ad-hoc hiring across the Americas, balancing the speed of growth with the nuances of local jurisdictional requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior People Partner or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- Deep understanding of America's state, regional and overarching employment law and complex employee relations exposure
- Exceptional business and commercial acumen, able to align people strategy with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility and presence at Executive level
- Ability to anticipate shifting priorities, pivot quickly and lead through ambiguity with clarity and confidence
