Funnel Talent Sourcer

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a highly proactive and data-driven Top-of-Funnel Sourcer to build robust talent pipelines for critical semiconductor manufacturing and engineering roles. This position plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality talent across engineering, technician, and operations functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, technical hiring environments and understands how to strategically source passive candidates within the competitive semiconductor and advanced manufacturing markets.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for semiconductor engineering, technician, and manufacturing roles.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter, professional networks, Boolean searches, industry associations, and referrals.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and workforce ramp timelines.
• Manage talent pools within the ATS and other tools to ensure consistent pipeline health.
• Track and report sourcing metrics (pipeline strength, outreach conversion rates, time-to-slate).
• Support workforce ramp efforts for large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Maintain market intelligence on semiconductor talent trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks.
• Participate in industry events, technical meetups, and university engagement efforts as needed.

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in technical or manufacturing environments (semiconductor preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience working in an ATS and CRM environment.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
