Job Overview Manager – Workplace Integrity

We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented individual to join the Keurig Dr Pepper Workplace Integrity Team as an Manager – Workplace Integrity. This role will support the company’s commitment to fostering an ethical, inclusive, and compliant workplace by conducting thorough investigations into employee relations concerns, policy violations, allegations of misconduct, and fraud, waste, and abuse.

As a Manager, you will be a key member of the Workplace Integrity Team and will partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure fair, consistent, and professional investigative practices focused on respect and objectivity. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing involved parties, and delivering clear, actionable findings that uphold KDP’s values and integrity standards.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about workplace fairness, demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and have experience managing sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.

This individual will report to the Director – Workplace Integrity and will be part of the Legal organization.

What you will do:

Investigation Management
  • Conduct impartial investigations into employee relations concerns, ethics hotline reports, policy violations, and allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Gather, review, and analyze evidence including documents, digital records, and witness statements.
  • Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations for resolution.
  • Ensure investigations are completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Interviewing & Evidence Collection
  • Lead interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses using professional and respectful techniques.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the investigative process.
  • Document interviews and evidence in a clear, organized manner.
Collaboration & Compliance
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Labor Relations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on investigative outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement of investigation protocols and training.
Data & Reporting
  • Track investigation metrics and trends to identify systemic issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Contribute to reporting for leadership and regulatory compliance as needed.
Total Rewards
  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in investigations, employee relations, compliance, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously while maintaining composure under tight deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative and skilled at building trust across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as AWI Certificate in Workplace Investigations, SHRM-CP/SCP, or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
  • Experience investigating fraud, waste, and abuse in a corporate or compliance setting.
  • Experience conducting investigations in a unionized environment, including working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor-management processes.
  • Familiarity with ethics hotline case management systems.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive matters with discretion and impartiality.
