Responsibilities What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor the onsite HR team, ensuring strong HR operations, coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day support for leaders and colleagues.
  • Own full-cycle talent efforts including recruiting, staffing strategy, onboarding, and developing top talent using Canyon Ranch selection practices.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to management on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (including wage and hour).
  • Drive key annual HR programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, and merit processes—turning insights into action.
  • Act as a key leader on the Executive or Operations Committee, advising on HR strategy while fostering a safe, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.
What You’ll Get as an Employee
  • A leadership role with real impact—helping shape the colleague experience and culture at one of the most respected wellbeing brands in the industry.
  • The opportunity to work alongside an Executive Committee and partner with leaders across the property.
  • A mission-driven environment that values integrity, compassion, and service—where HR is seen as a strategic driver, not just a support function.
  • A workplace that encourages innovation, collaboration, and “leaders leading leaders.”
Qualifications What You’ll Need
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a complex, service-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations investigations.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, influence leaders, and handle sensitive situations with maturity, calm, and excellent judgment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytics, and organizational skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
