HR M&A Operations role involves supporting several key transaction activities.

Utilizing the HR M&A Playbook to build cutover runbooks, transaction checklists, project plans, and executing them accordingly.
Executing the HR M&A Playbook to build, audit, distribute, and track offer letters and onboarding documents by jurisdiction.
Coordinating with the HR M&A PM and HR Technology Workstream Team on data builds, audits, and migration reconciliation.

Capturing HR Operations lessons learned to update HR Playbooks for future transactions.
The HR Operations role in M&A is very much execution‑centric, responsible for preventing high‑impact failures that could undermine integration success. The ideal candidate would blend process execution discipline, solid systems and data skills, practical judgment, and a service orientation to ensure a smooth employee transition. The priority would be an individual who is a systematic thinker, calm under pressure, and is comfortable in the ambiguity of a M&A transaction.
