OverviewEveryday Coffee Company, a rapidly scaling Dunkin’ franchise partner, is building a nationwide talent acquisition engine to support hundreds of new store openings per year
. The Junior Recruiter will support the recruiting team by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while helping maintain a smooth, high-volume hiring process.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated recruiter who wants to grow their career in high-volume, QSR or retail recruitment

Junior Recruiters ensure that our hiring pipeline stays full and organized, allowing our Recruiting Manager and full-cycle recruiters to focus on top-of-funnel strategy, interviews, and offer negotiations. By supporting efficient, high-quality candidate processing, the Junior Recruiter helps open stores on time with the right team members.
Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening- Source candidates for frontline and leadership positions using ATS, job boards, social media, and other channels
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess basic qualifications
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Coordinate interviews, schedules, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Support recruiting team with candidate communication and scheduling logistics
- Assist with job postings, onboarding prep, and pre-employment paperwork through to onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain reports for the Recruiting Manager
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates
- Deliver a positive experience aligned with our brand and culture
- Respond to candidate inquiries about the company, roles, and recruiting process
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of recruiting processes and workflows
- Suggest improvements for sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, HR experience, or equivalent administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exposure to QSR, retail, or hospitality recruiting
- Experience with ATS systems (Paradox, iCIMS, Lever, or similar)
- Interest in building a career in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer- and candidate-focused mindset
- Team player with the ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
