Join us at Electronic Arts, where you will help us inspire the world to play by supporting our global workforce. As Talent Mobility Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Global Talent Mobility and collaborate with our partners in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal. You will manage US immigration programs, refine mobility strategies, and deliver an inclusive, high-touch experience for employees.
Our team values creativity, inclusion, and continuous improvement as we support EA's mission and growth. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in an EA office.
- You will manage US immigration processes for employees, including work authorization, visa sponsorship, and PERM, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- You will oversee external immigration counsel and mobility vendors, conduct performance reviews, and implement service-level agreements to improve outcomes.
- You will develop and refine global talent mobility policies and processes, applying best practices to support our business and employee experience.
- You will educate and support our internal partners on immigration and mobility matters, providing updates and analytics to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of US immigration or mobility case management experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience managing external vendors and legal counsel, including contract and performance oversight.
- Experience designing and improving mobility programs in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Legal.
- Judgment and ability to collaborate across all levels of a global organization.
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$124,100 - $182,800 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
