Position: Recruiting Coordinator - Contract

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment team in managing administrative tasks related to the hiring process. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

This is a contract position for 40 hours per week. This contract is based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and organize interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the ATS
  • Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements
  • Support the onboarding process by helping to prepare new hire documentation
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within HR or recruitment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever is preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to handle sensitive personal and company information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
