High-Volume Recruiter
Human Signal is scaling rapidly, and we need an exceptional recruiter to help us build the teams that will define the future of AI infrastructure. As a High-Volume Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in attracting and hiring talent across our Data Creation Laboratories and platform operations-filling critical roles that enable us to manufacture the purpose-built datasets powering breakthrough AI applications.
Our mission demands scale: we're building data laboratories, expanding platform capabilities, and growing teams across technical operations, engineering, and customer-facing functions. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume hiring pipelines while maintaining the quality bar that makes Human Signal exceptional. This isn't just about filling seats-it's about finding people who are energized by our vision to harness human intelligence to power the future of AI.
You Will:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across operations, laboratory staff, quality control, customer success, and technical functions
- Build and manage robust candidate pipelines that consistently deliver quality hires at scale
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and what excellence looks like for each position
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and underrepresented talent pools
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Human Signal's values and culture, even at high volume
- Track and optimize key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations leadership, and executive stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Track record of filling 15+ roles per month while maintaining strong quality of hire metrics
