Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across investment and firm operations roles
- Act as the primary point of contact and “face of the firm” to candidates
- Drive MBA and campus recruiting initiatives and events
- Manage interview logistics, stakeholder coordination, and offer execution
- Oversee ATS workflows, reporting, and recruiting analytics
- Continuously refine processes to support growth and scalability
- Support onboarding and early employee integration
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 4–7 years of recruiting experience required (professional services, PE, consulting, IB, corporate, or law firm background highly preferred)
- Experience with MBA/campus recruiting strongly preferred
- Polished, engaging, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders
- Tech-forward and comfortable leveraging data and systems
