We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Hyderabad  Success department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and management.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee the employee training and development programs, identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance the HR function.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
