WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they experience a seamless and positive transition into their roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Accurately track and manage onboarding responsibilities to completion.
- Ensure data accuracy for new hires.
- Initiate and review background checks promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process, aligning with client requirements and statements of work (SOW).
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Conduct new hire orientations partnering with the HR Team.
- Understand the company and HR policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition into EOS.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- International recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and regions.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivated to contribute to team success.
- Available to travel for hiring events across the US (at least one per quarter).
- Availability to travel internationally as required.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Pay Range
$55,000-$58,000 USD
