Key Responsibilities:

-Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, databases, job fairs, and networking
-Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
-Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, and professional platforms
-Perform phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with staffing managers and candidates
-Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information
-Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
-Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements
