Reporting to our US Managing Director, you’ll work closely with our global leadership team and collaborate with colleagues worldwide to maximize opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach in North America, supported by our core values:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of technology‑focused accounts.
• Utilize your sector expertise with full support from leadership.
• Own the client and candidate relationship lifecycle.
• Build a reputation as a trusted expert in technology sales and marketing recruitment.
• Target mid to senior‑level sales and marketing roles.
• Progress your career in a results‑driven environment with unlimited earning potential.
• Grow and lead a team of Resource rs as your client base expands.

• Have 2+ years of agency‑based sales/marketing recruitment experience.
• Are confident engaging with clients at all levels, both over the phone and in person.
• Demonstrate career stability and a track record of success.
• Are passionate hunters with a talent for building new/long‑lasting relationships.
• Are highly driven, commercially savvy, and possess a strong 360‑recruitment background.
• Exhibit integrity, maturity, and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Base salary + uncapped commission, with top earners taking home 40%+ commissions.
