Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Reporting to our US Managing Director, you’ll collaborate with global leadership and work with colleagues across our international offices to maximize opportunities. You’ll play a vital role in driving our contract recruitment success while embodying our core values:

• Build and manage a book of runners (active contractors)
• Drive vertical‑specific opportunities in areas like development, infrastructure, and more
• Client acquisition and account development: cultivate strong client relationships
• Conduct client meetings and candidate interviews, both on‑site and remotely
• Ensure the recruitment cycle is managed with the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with management to meet and exceed objectives
• Establish reputation as an expert in IT contract recruitment
• Represent Certus at industry and networking events

• 2+ years of 360 IT contract recruitment experience
• Self‑motivated and eager to progress career

• Base salary + uncapped commission, with top earners reaching 40%+ commissions
