The Team

We are a young, close-knit team of 30+ employees and growing fast.

The Role

As a Healthcare Recruiter
, you will source and place top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals with facilities across the nation. This is a relationship-driven, sales-focused role — you will own your candidate pipeline, build genuine long-term relationships, and close placements that make a real difference in patient care.

This is not a passive role. The people who succeed here are competitive, self-motivated, creative and energized by seeing their effort translate directly into impact.

Compensation
  • Commission: Uncapped — with six figures potential. (Year 1 OTE $75,000+)
Training

We provide a comprehensive training program that walks you through everything you need to know, step by step. You will be trained not only on recruiting fundamentals, but on the technology stack that powers our team — including the tools and platforms we use every day. You will have everything you need to ramp fast and perform at a high level.

Qualifications

Staffing is a sales-driven, relationship-centered industry. Our most successful recruiters are personable, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of their results. We are also a tech-first team, so comfort with digital tools and a curiosity about how AI can make you better at your job is a genuine advantage here.

While there are no strict requirements, we are looking for candidates who bring one or more of the following:

  • New Graduates — Highly motivated, involved in organizations, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Early-Career Professionals — Experience in healthcare, staffing, or a related field is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Sales-Oriented Individuals — Comfortable building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Tech-Forward Thinkers — You embrace AI tools, learn new platforms quickly, and look for ways technology can give you an edge. Bonus points if you get excited about seeing your ideas become real, tangible results.
  • Mission-Driven Professionals — You believe the work matters beyond the placement. Every role you fill has a direct impact on patient care, facility performance, and communities across the country.
