Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
* Source and attract candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
* Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
* Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
* Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS platforms
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
Required
* Proven experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
* Experience working with ATS platforms
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
* Experience supporting contract or project-based hiring
* Familiarity with the Austin, TX talent market
* Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environments
What We're Looking For
* A proactive, results-driven recruiter who can quickly ramp up and deliver
* Strong relationship-builder with hiring managers and candidates
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
