$55K base + uncapped commission | $85K–$110K+ realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Own the candidate relationship from first call through offer acceptance:

• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
• Support offer negotiations and close placements
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding

• Are motivated by performance-based pay
• Communicate confidently on the phone and in writing
• Take feedback seriously and improve through repetition
• Stay organized managing multiple priorities
• Build real relationships, not just hit quotas

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
