University Recruiter
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (In-Person)
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)
Position Summary
Ragle Inc. is seeking a University Recruiter to lead campus recruiting efforts and build strong pipelines of early-career talent. This role will manage university partnerships, attend recruiting events, and support hiring for internships and entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campus recruiting strategy, including career fairs and events
- Build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Support and help manage Ragle’s internship program
- Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS
- Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Campus recruiting or early-career hiring experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 60% during peak seasons
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Construction or engineering industry experience
- Corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Internship program experience
Compensation & Benefits
