Austin, TX (ACE 78719) – On Site at Sky Chefs kitchen facility near Austin‑Bergstrom International Airport.

Work schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 hourly.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to support day‑to‑day HR processes and provide administrative support in a fast‑paced operations environment. The role works closely with frontline workers, supervisors, and HR leadership to maintain accurate records, coordinate activities, and assist with workforce needs.
What You’ll Do- Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and evaluations, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires: prepare paperwork, conduct orientation, and coordinate training schedules.
- Support employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and enrollment inquiries.
- Prepare HR‑related documents (contracts, offer letters, disciplinary notices) ensuring legal compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries, address minor grievances, and refer complex issues to HR managers.
- Generate HR reports and analytics (turnover, recruitment, training completion) to support decision making.
- Assist with compliance audits, stay updated on legal requirements, and implement corrective actions.
- Help with recruiting by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate availability, and supporting hiring managers.
- Manage uniform issuance, replacements, and enforce dress code compliance.
- Provide front‑desk support by greeting visitors, assisting walk‑in applicants, and securing facility access.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience (required).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required).
- Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, food service, logistics, or similar operations highly preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting, scheduling, or processing new hires.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently, interact with all managerial levels, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong prioritization and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
