Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an Onboarding HR Specialist to play a key role in supporting and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all new hires. Our ideal candidate will work with a sense of urgency, be proactive, and have prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast‑paced staffing or high‑volume environment.   • Location: Austin, TX
  • Salary: $45,/yr
  • Bonus: $1,000–$2,000 in monthly incentives
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast‑paced staffing or high‑volume environment.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte and Fieldglass a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a team‑oriented, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background check/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of each step.
  • Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high‑volume of data entry.
  • Serve as the go‑to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation.
