Your Recipe For Impact — What You’ll Do
As a Field Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to Operations—driving hiring excellence and building strong talent pipelines that fuel restaurant success. You’ll Make a Difference by connecting the right people to the right opportunities, directly impacting team performance and the Family Member experience. You’ll Serve with Heart by guiding candidates and leaders through an engaging, people-first hiring journey.
You’ll Win as One by collaborating across Operations, HR, and community partners to execute hiring strategies that deliver results. And you’ll Move Forward Boldly by leveraging data, technology, and innovative sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and strengthen our talent ecosystem.
- Partner with Operations leaders to align on staffing needs, workforce plans, and succession strategies
- Source, screen, and select top talent for restaurant and field leadership roles
- Build and sustain talent pipelines through community outreach, schools, and workforce partnerships
- Analyze recruiting metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, hiring trends) to drive actionable insights
- Optimize use of ATS and recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Develop and execute targeted digital sourcing and advertising strategies
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and compliant hiring practices
- Support hiring events and field recruiting efforts across the region
- Track, report, and communicate recruiting activity and outcomes to leadership
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase quality, speed, and engagement

As a Field Talent Acquisition Partner, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience
- Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Strong ability to source, assess, and select talent across multiple levels
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel within assigned region
As a Field Talent Acquisition Partner, we prefer you to have:
- Experience in high-volume, multi-unit recruiting environments
- Background supporting restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, CIR)
- Experience with talent marketing, social media sourcing, and employer branding
