This role is hybrid.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a contract Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter) located in Austin, TX. This will be a 6‑month contract and be a hybrid role. This person will be supporting growth in the following areas:
- AI data center infrastructure
- Power distribution systems
- Thermal management and cooling solutions
- Integrated infrastructure systems for hyperscale and enterprise data centers
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the contract TA Advisor (Recruiter) will be responsible for a variety of recruitment activities to ensure the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
Typical day- Manage the end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment process to source, screen, and hire for roles in design, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or related.
- As the talent subject matter expert, partner with the segment’s HR teams and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, source, and screen qualified internal and external candidates, and provide labor market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc.).
- Provide “white glove service” during the recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication to enable an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
- Serve as an Ambassador promoting our culture and value proposition to candidates.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field with 3‑5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably in the manufacturing industry with strong affinity for sourcing/headhunting.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial or highly technical roles at all levels of seniority from entry-level up to Senior Director level.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment, communicating effectively with managers, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred.
