Position Summary

Senox Corporation is looking for a recruiting assistant to join our HR team! This role will support the HR team in the corporate office by executing the staffing efforts of the company and building a strong workforce to service our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including but not limited to:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post ads
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other programs

  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Capable of identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions independently
  • Desire to take initiative and ask questions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with colleagues
  • May be assigned additional duties, depending on experience
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs
  • Ability to protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check
