Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to support day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, FSA/HSA, COBRA, LOA, and wellness programs. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits administration and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve employee inquiries
• Manage benefits data in Workday, Benefit Solver, payroll, and vendor systems
• Process benefits invoices and support payroll deductions audits
• Coordinate HIPAA compliance, COBRA administration, annual enrollment, and non-discrimination testing
• Support Leave of Absence (LOA), HSA/FSA, retirement, and wellness programs
• Maintain benefits documentation, SharePoint sites, and employee communications
• Partner with HR, Finance, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of dedicated Benefits Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, HIPAA, COBRA, LOA, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans
• Hands-on experience with Workday and HRIS systems
• Strong Excel and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience with Canadian benefits programs
• Experience with Service Now/PSS environments
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
