Bilingual in Spanish - Recruiter / Employment Specialist

Pay Rate: $38,000 - $40,000 a year plus commission (Based on Experience).

Express Employment Professionals of North Austin is looking for a Recruiter / Employment Specialist to join our team. The Employment Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with a wide pool of qualified talent for our client pool.

• Maintaining a high level of daily activity to fill job orders with urgency
• Qualifying associates through our interview process
• Making marketing calls to expand existing and create new business
• Interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong relationships
• Following up daily with clients and associates to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Communicating effectively with co‑workers daily to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner

• Personable, determined, and driven to make a difference
• Can see beyond a problem, respond to situations in creative ways, and put a positive and professional spin on any situation
