HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides organizational support to assigned departments on initiatives and topics such as engagement, performance management, organizational design, training and development, and HR policy or procedures. The HRBP builds effective relationships with leaders and employees within their teams and maintains knowledge of functional responsibilities, tasks, and standards to provide unmatched support to their departments through job design, recruiting, onboarding, and people management.
Responsibilities- Partner with departmental leaders and Talent Strategists to build high‑performance teams, including hiring consultations, interview loops, debrief and offer discussions, job requisition design, and workforce planning.
- Develop, design, and implement department‑specific programs or initiatives such as onboarding programs.
- Conduct monthly meetings with functional leadership.
- Support leaders with performance management and employee relations issues through coaching and one‑on‑one support as needed.
- Understand HR policies and procedures to provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Identify and assist in execution of team development needs and desired employee career growth.
- Partner with peer HR teams on new projects and initiatives.
- Track and analyze departmental HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 5+ years HRBP experience in a high‑growth, dynamic company.
- Experience supporting a sales or commercial business unit (beverage‑specific experience a plus).
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and overlapping deadlines.
- Ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to speak and present to groups of all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentation decks.
