Are you from a highly regulated industry and looking to own one of the most critical functions within a fast-moving nuclear company who are actively building next-generation reactors as we speak? This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly scaling microreactor business backed by $100M Series C funding, with active reactor deployment already underway in Texas and ambitious plans to redefine how nuclear power is built globally!

In this role, you will own project licensing strategy and become the key driver behind securing approvals that enable advanced nuclear deployment. You will work directly with regulators, engineering teams, and leadership to remove obstacles, simplify pathways, and accelerate commercialization. This role offers genuine ownership, significant visibility, and the chance to directly influence how the next generation of nuclear projects reach reality.
The Role:- Own licensing strategy and delivery across advanced reactor deployment projects
- Outside-the-box to achieve regulatory approval in the shortest timeline possible!
- Act as the key interface with regulators and manage regulatory relationships
- Lead submission quality across licensing packages, technical reports, and safety documentation
- Coordinate engineering teams and technical inputs across multiple work streams
- Operate as the central owner across 20-30 active licensing deliverables and projects
- Working fully onsite in Austin Texas (Relocation supported)
- Strong experience within a highly regulated industry outside of traditional nuclear!
- Experience influencing and achieving regulation approval in the shortest time frame!
- Experience influencing regulatory outcomes and reducing unnecessary process burden
- Comfortable operating at pace with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by ownership and impact
- Open to working onsite in Austin (Relocation supported)
