We're looking for an HR Generalist who wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across all areas of People Operations. This role supports recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, HR systems, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, naturally curious, and eager to learn. While previous HR experience is important, we are looking for someone with the aptitude, professionalism, and desire to grow into a broader HR role over time.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new areas of HR
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar business software
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
  • Experience supporting employee relations matters
  • Benefits administration experience
  • Recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, or leave administration
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What You’ll Do Employee Support & Employee Relations
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and documentation
  • Help maintain a positive and professional workplace culture
  • Support employee communication and engagement initiatives
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple departments
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring activities
  • Manage onboarding activities and new hire orientation
  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process
Benefits & Leave Administration
  • Assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment processes
  • Support open enrollment activities and benefits communications
  • Assist with leave administration and employee accommodations
  • Coordinate with benefit vendors and third-party administrators as needed
HR Systems & Administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Support policy administration and process improvements
  • Help maintain HR forms, procedures, and documentation
Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Support HR initiatives, training programs, and special projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
  • Assist with company-wide communication and organizational initiatives
