Who we want:

The Human Capital Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Capital team on various Human Resources-related processes. These processes are key to the success of HR operations such as payroll, onboarding, compliance, employment verification, benefits billing, and more.

  • Experience working on a variety of HR functions (HRIS, recruiting, benefit administration, performance management, employee relations).
What you’ll do:
  • Maintain the organization's HR email account and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes during departmental meetings.
  • Assist with the Human Capital onboarding process.
  • Participate in payroll preparation by reviewing timecards, personnel updates, and expenses and communicating with staff to resolve outstanding items.
  • Review benefit invoices and communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Respond to verification of employment requests.
  • Update the intranet Human Capital page as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Kindness and a growth mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Organization, attention to detail, and flexibility, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Experience with Paycom preferred.
