- Develop and execute a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy designed to meet aggressive hiring targets for various clinical roles.
- Manage the entire full‑cycle recruitment process, including reviewing a large volume of applicants, conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations to drive high‑quality hires within condensed time frames.
- Design and implement a dynamic sourcing strategy utilizing innovative tools and practices to ensure a continuous, diverse, and robust pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
- Act as a power user of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging its full functionality to efficiently manage and report on high‑volume pipelines.
- Maintain real‑time, impeccable data integrity within the ATS (statuses, dispositions, notes) and continuously suggest/implement process improvements to optimize workflow and accelerate time‑to‑fill.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, recognizing the importance of efficiency and high‑touch communication in a competitive clinical recruiting market.
- Serve as an expert on the organization’s business, benefits, and opportunities to attract and engage top talent.
- Consistently meet and exceed defined recruiting metrics, including accelerated time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rates, and superior candidate/hiring leader survey scores, all within a high‑volume context.
- Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily obtained by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record in high‑volume clinical or healthcare recruitment.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), highly skilled in reporting, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy for large pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strategic agility, and negotiation expertise.
- Prior experience within a healthcare environment.
Target hourly rate: $39.17 – $43.52. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
