As a Sales Recruiter at Sonar, you won’t just be filling seats – you’ll be the architect of our revenue engine. You will identify, attract, and hire top‑tier talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Working from our Austin, TX headquarters, you will serve as the local talent expert and SME for our Revenue leaders.

• High‑Velocity Execution:
  Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes with urgency, ensuring aggressive hiring targets are met without sacrificing quality.
• Strategic Sourcing:
  Act as a hunter by nature, digging deep into talent pools, leveraging creative sourcing channels, and engaging passive candidates.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors, VPs, and Revenue leadership, consulting on market trends, calibrating profiles, and managing expectations with data‑driven communication.

  Be the face of Sonar, crafting compelling narratives that sell our mission and ensuring every candidate has a seamless, professional, and high‑energy interview journey.

• 3–5 years experience in recruitment, primarily in‑house; agency experience appreciated and strong understanding of internal recruiting.
• GTM recruiting experience and solid grasp of the GTM landscape.
• Revenue fluency: speak the language of sales, understand quotas, territories, and the characteristics of top‑tier sales talent.
• Relationship building: push back on hiring managers when necessary and provide expert guidance on the talent landscape.
• Adaptability: pivot priorities as the business evolves, maintaining composure under pressure.
