About the role

As an Executive Recruiter at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑to‑senior‑level professional roles for a variety of clients, focusing on both client and candidate engagement.

• Execute the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level professional roles.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Interview candidates, assess fit, and match them with appropriate organizations.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring high quality of candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
• Technically savvy and interested in learning new technology.
• Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
• Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
