About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced FREELANCER Recruiter and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Ed‑Tech industry across the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee database, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance management, appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor employee engagement activities and workplace culture.
- Maintain HRMIS/HR software and employee records with accuracy.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations.
- Experience in recruitment across multiple functions.
- Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
